A couple of Google Calendar syncing applications:
GooSync synchronizes between Google Calendar and a Windows Mobile device.
SyncMyCal synchronizes between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Supposedly they’re working on a Windows Mobile version as well and handles private Outlook events better.
Spanning Sync, which is still in beta, synchronizes between Google Calendar and Apple’s iCal.
